BodyTalk Access for Runners or Bicyclists

Coming back from a run and implementing the BodyTalk Access routine, especially the reciprocals, would be an awesome thing to do to keep you in balance.

So much energy has flowed into your lower body to get you the distance but the diaphragm, back and head had to give up some of their energy to your legs to do this. This can leave too much energy in your lower half and not enough in your upper body. This can lead to weakened diaphragm muscles.

Linking the reciprocals of the limbs, upper body to lower body and head and back will put the whole body back in the game, and all parts of you will benefit from this balance. This will bring you even better results in your runs when implemented on a regular basis.

Emergency Responders

You are at a car accident scene. It is a family with a small baby in the back car seat. The parents have been injured and are unable to help the screaming, terrified baby.

You bring the baby out and check for injuries. The baby continues to scream and the parents are distressed, but unable to get to their child. To calm the baby, you tap out their Cortices, and they stop crying. * * *

Someone is trapped in a car and waiting for the ‘jaws of life’ to free them. You are able to visually see them. You offer to give them a balance to help calm them while waiting. You stand as close as you can and tap out their cortices in their vicinity as if you were tapping them physically. They relax.

Any emergency situation can be improved for the individuals involved, including doing them on yourself. By using this technique and others you will learn in the One Day BodyTalk Access Course, you will notice more rapid improvements in those you are helping, and a better and quicker chance of recovery in a multitude of situations. This includes burns, strokes, bleeding, heart attacks, broken limbs, etc.

And now I have thyroid issues and concerns. Since BodyTalk I find I am better able to speak my mind and people do listen. In my family my father was always right, so our thoughts were not made important. I can see now why I thought people were not interested in my opinion. I don’t live with my father, so I don’t have to keep living my life as if he is next to me judging whatever I say. What a relief. * Wow! I started out life as a twin in the womb? That makes so much sense to me when you said that. I cried for the first six months after I was born. I can never get close enough to people. I always feel something is missing in my life. And now I know. And BodyTalk is helping me to understand and shift some of my perceptions from the loss of my twin in the third month in the womb. It really is helping me to feel less anxiety – which I could never explain or understand until now.

Thought you might be interested in what happened the other night when I burned my hand.

I picked up a metal handled fry pan that had just come out of the oven with my right hand. Felt the burn right away and dropped the pan and immediately put my hand in cold water. I started to do Reiki on it but it increased the burning feeling so I got my BodyTalk Access book out and started to do the cortices but my hand hurt too much so I figured out what the reciprocals were - bottom of my left foot to the palm of my right hand. Did the tapping for on and off for about an hour. The pain disappeared and there is no blistering. The finger tips on my middle two fingers were red and somewhat tender and you could see where I had picked up the pan but no pain. Next morning the fingertips were still a little red, but no pain. Two days later there is no evidence of the burn. Very impressed.

Hi Diannah, can't believe the difference it makes. I have been doing the cortices each night, but I actually fell asleep one night while I was in the middle of doing them.

Even my boss has noticed a difference, wants to know what drugs I am taking. Stress is still around, but it is like I am in a bubble and it is bouncing back off. Getting more work done, more efficiently.

I am pleased with the results from taking your BodyTalk Access course.
After completing the Wellness Challenge, these were the changes I noticed.
The second or third time tapping the 5 steps, my TMJ joint on the right side gave a loud cracking sound and seconds later my neck on the right side gave a few cracking sounds as I turned to the left. I had had extensive dental work on that side a few years ago and it never felt level - and now it feels normal and there is more flexibility.
My posture has improved and there is more flexibility and I notice this in walking (more graceful).
Tapping your cortices before studying or reading something challenging really improves your focusing your more alert.
